Shortage of cooking oil

Only ever bought it when I had a deep fryer. But I'd wait for it to cool and rebottle it to use again several times.

Otherwise Olive/vegetable based spreads, olive oil or specialty things like nut oil for Asian recipes.
Exactly how I use it.....have a penchant for deep fried crispy chicken and an excellent recipe for it.....Netflix has a lot to answer for.

I haven’t cooked chips in about 30 years.

I was the same but recently got a a cheap air fryer, get the right potatoes and with a a dash of olive oil they are superb (avocado oil doesn't work as well in the air fryer).

Way more less oil than oven chips (maybe two tablespoons of olive oil for 2 people)

Good, aren't they Wayne? :)

Plus carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, sweet potatoes......and anything else you fancy.

Air fryers are a great invention.........although I've never tried Mars Bars.

Never used one. My sister keeps telling me to get one.
