I’m on the top (third) floor so good luck to them. There was a great strip of pubs down the road from The Adelphi where I stayed last time. Entertainment on in a few plus a big screen for the Europa Final.

Far more positive than I was six months ago! The sale isn’t quite through but I’m going to give the estate agents another call today.

If I can’t make the BM do then I’ll bob some money across to someone like Tim (always at these) for a round on me.

Just glad if you can see the light at the end of the tunnel, not sure what’s going on at the minute, only seen Toby once since March and none of the rest, but I do get a text most days calling me a ****, it makes me feel inclusive :-)
