Mind you, he's probably the sort of bloke who's got blond hair and glasses and sits on a train!
 
I can't see the video, it been removed.
I get the jist of what happened though and female or male he should have apologised and help her up. its just basic manners.

Agreed.Looking at the video earlier, it's difficult to say conclusively that he deliberately ran into her, so I'd give him the benefit of the doubt on that. However, it wouldn't have hurt him to help her onto her feet and apologise to her, and the same would apply if it had been a male ''referee's assistant'' (horrible title). Manners cost nothing.
