Sian Massey...

I can't believe there's even a debate about this - IT WAS NOT DELIBERATE.

Look at the video, the reason he 'changes his run' is because he keeps the ball in play and doesn't realise how close the touchline is.

Honestly, I despair about the basic lack of football knowledge on this forum...

Sorry Johnsonontheleft but you must be fucking blind or something. He does not just "change his run" . Considering the direction he is running he knows full well how close he is to the touchline, he is running towards it.

He also does not keep the ball in play, he actually kicks it beyond the goalline which is also clear to see.

After he kicks the ball he suddenly changes direction and it actually looks like he accelerates/thrusts into Massey. If it was not deliberate then why did he slam his shoulder into her back? Watch the video again very closely when he "changes his run" , you can clearly see that he knows she is there and he is charging into her purposely... the ball was long gone.

Also, if it was not deliberate why did he not help her up or apologize?

It was not deliberate, but he is still a dick for not helping her up and apologising.

Not aimed at just you but as i said before why on erth would he do it, makes no sense people just start masturbating over it because it includes the woman who was wronged by keys and gray. Infact no 1 has mentioned it untill i came on here and over sensitive brigade started foaming at the mouth

If he didnt mean it then why didnt he appologise?

The man is a dirty grey haired wankstain that should be fined or banned.

Would he have done it to Howard Webb?!

I contend if he did mean it, he would of apologised to cover his arse and make it seem like an accident

The andy gray soundtrack on this video is quality.

I dont think it was intentional but he's an arse for not apologizing

I agree with the earlier poster who said he looks to avoid hitting the multi-thousand pounds equipment held by the camera man, multi-thousand pounds equipment which may hurt if you run into it full pelt. No intention there for me.
One thing I thought instantly was how much of a **** he was for not helping her up or say sorry. Only he knows why he didn't do that though, perhaps he wouldn't have if it was a male linesman and didn't want to give preferential treatment because she's a woman? She is involved in a mans game afterall.

Its not preferential treatment, its just basic manners. He wouldnt be happy if someone did that to his sister/ niece, etc, intentional or not. So he shows himself to be a dick for not having normal human decency.

2 things.

1. That was quite obviously unintentional.

2. If this was a man, nobody would care, you sexist bastards.
