I think you will find it is.
Away goals rule applies if the teams are level on aggregate after extra time in the second leg. If still level its penalties.

Wrong. Away goals rule applies for Carling Cup, though only after extra-time has been played.

Johnson was fucking diabolical on Sunday and I was absolutely fuming with his half hearted efforts when we had 10 men. Nasri wasnt much better but Johnson really has to decide if he wants to be at a club that will be challenging for honours for years because he just doesnt do enough in key games.
