Can’t really agree with this. The standard has improved a lot and teams like City and Chelsea are really good sides now. Certainly not ‘woeful’ but I guess that’s the kind of thing the women’s game is up against.

One of the telling things in the official bumph is money will be used to improve match officials' training. Riley showing Lucy Oliver and the rest how to help his beloved rags.

As for their first game at the Swamp. It'll be Chelsea.
