Re: Monday night it is

For once happy about this one. Wedding on Saturday, so was going to have to miss it.

They don't give a shit about travelling fans do they? Monday night games should be between teams that are reasonably local - as a general rule of thumb I'd excuse a distance of anything up to say, the 80 miles between Manchester and Birmingham, but anything more is out of order. Granted there might have to be exceptions: the proximity of the 2 North East clubs compared to all the other teams makes this difficult to implement but at least have them up against teams a bit closer like Bolton, Blackburn, Wigan, us, and the Rags rather than away to QPR and Norwich.

Dont forget ESPN have moved some too, Spurs now 1.30 on a Sunday on the Bank Holiday weekend, they really dont think of the fans! Making Swansea fans travel so far on a Monday night when United fans have to travel an hour an half own the road at a decent time the same weekend!
