Sky Sources - Luka Modric to fly to Madrid tomorrow.

I expect that money to go on Moutinho and them being cheeky and getting Ade on loan again.
Moutinho would be a very, very sensible purchase for them. They could be lining up like this:

Friedel
Walker - Dawson - Vertonghen - Assou-Ekotto
Lennon - Parker - Bale
Sigurdsson - Moutinho
Adebayor

And that's definitely a team capable of finishing in the top 6 with ease, and the top 4 with a bit of a push.

Well maybe the log jams are starting to get freed up.

Modric > RM
Sahin > ?
Ade > Spurs
RVP > City
Dzeko > ?
DDR > City
Kolo/NDJ > ?
Marinez > City

Job done. :-) (God this cigarette tastes funny gone all light headed and boy it doesn't smell like tobacco).

£27million after bonuses (£23million up front), Levy's finally been done after he turned down nearly £40million from Chelsea last year!

rofl they got fucked. Should have accepted the Chelsea offer.
I couldn't be happier they got fucked. Would be hilarious if we sold Adebayor to someone else and they end up having to play Defoe up front.

We ve been fucked!

RVP appears to be staying as well.

Levy should be sacked on the spot.

Terrible deal for Modric if the fee is true.

must be 24 plus player Sahin, Carva

We simply won't be going forwards as a club with levy at the helm 2008 was a disaster but this summers and past few windows has proved to me that he's got no ambition what so ever

lol

I must say I'm a bit surprised Madrid really went through with this transfer. Modric is a good player, but didn't impress me that much last season. Considering how loaded with quality Real are in the midfield I'm not so sure Modric won't find himself on the bench more often than not.
