Sky do not have any money invested in the rags
Come on, let them think it. You know they will anyway.
your usual gobbing over being condescending about city fans

not one, not one, has even said they do, not one
Anyone who's anyone knows that gobbling off in the cellar is meant to be taken as a joke, even when no winkies are used. Mard ****.

Andy - I won't miss it that much.

When I first cancelled it was obviously a different bloke, I said they have no consideration for supporters, the very people who make their number one product what it is. He asked me to explain but the only example I could give was when Norwich were last in the Premier League and both games against us were on Monday Night Football. How is that considerate to the supporters? He told me that SKY showing the games meant fans didn't have to travel. Unbelievable Jeff!

At the time of those Norwich games it was part of the contract that they had to give 6 weeks notice before changing kick of times, 5 weeks and 6 days before the carrow road lets be avin you game we booked flights and hotel over on the saturday morn and back sunday evening, 5 weeks and 4 days before the game it was moved to the monday evening.
By the end of that week they had lost two customers.

Missed a trick there Kev! A more suitable response would have been.............

I have come to realise that I am paying far too much money for people to do what I now know to be a piss-easy job.

If you wish to retain my custom, simply appoint me in the role of Sky's roving reporter (North West).

See enclosed "Barton Aerodrome" demo tape showcasing my award-winning skills and which, as I'm sure you will agree, far surpasses the efforts of the current crop of twats in your employ, and produced at a fraction of the cost.

My agent awaits your call.

Can't disagree with those points Kev.

Cancelled Sky years ago, Gypsies took the dish.

Sky offer a good broadcast of a Match no doubt, but their enthusiasm towards one club began to take the piss.
G.Neville is probably the best pundit on Tv, the other Rag friendly pundits are shit however.

never paid murdoch a penny - robbing b*stard.
and don't want a dustbin lid on the side of my house.

Have been a Virgin Media customer since 2000 (when they were C&W)
HD was a bit slow going with them when I jumped to the V+ box a few years ago
But for Football its a must on a big telly - SD Digital telly is garbage compared to the old analog signal
And the last few years I've had ESPN (+HD) and now BT Sport (+HD) for nowt!

BTW the TiVO is hardly any better than the V+ box - do NOT be conned by VM Salespeople

This is true. Sky is much better at usability than Tivo. If programmes overrun etc.. On demand is also better with sky.

If you want best price, switch between 2 for new customer offers when half price offers come on. You only need to leave for 12 months to be classed as a "new customer".

You do know that Virgin have to pay Murdoch for his Sky services?
So you are paying Murdoch more than a penny albeit indirectly.

Just read Virgin are paying BT £75m a year for 3 years just for the two sports channels so how much do they cough up to Sky for their package?

No he didn't, his points being:
Sky take customers for granted
Shouldn't have to pay extra for HD
He would miss Sky plus
Then said if they offered smaller contracts to big stars they could charge less

Then concludes that his main gripe is HD charge and taking loyaly for granted

He never mentions scum being a part of Sky TV
Never
