This ultimately lies with Yaya; his passing has been absolutely woeful this season. Next time we play, watch him make a 5-10 yard forward pass to Dave or Tevez. It's so slow, it's hard to build momentum from it. It's as if he doesn't trust them. I think the ACoN will be a bit of a blessing for us, it'll encourage us to play a bit differently. I just fear that "differently" means "3 at the back" in Italian.

Silva always has to two 360 turns before he can pass the ball forward. For a Spain player he doesn't seem to do one touch passing, and for fucks sake shoot every once in a while ! I think he's had one shot from outside the box in his hole city career and it went in.

Our tempo is too slow. It gives the opposition time to set up for our attack.

Teams are playing with more men back to counter our attacking threats but Mancini has been in the game long enough to have a Plan B and know when to use it.

Given the amount of time Sinclair has been on the pitch I do wonder why he was bought. On Dzeko, Mancini did chase him for 18 months so he liked what he saw and should have a plan to play to his strengths. Dzeko is a team player and his goal record is good, I think he will go but Mancini has not got the best out of him.

We need more of a shoot on site policy, or at least mix it up.
