Slowest City Player Ever

I'd like to nominate two:

Alan Kernaghan - Once had the misfortune to see him make Mickey Quinn look like Usain Bolt whilst scoring a hat trick for Coventry against us at Hightfield Rd.

Nigel Clough - I gave him the benefit of the doubt on his debut as he'd been in Liverpools reserves since forever, unfortunately it was his normal pace!!

Ricky Holden, very, very slow... Still thought he was great tho?!

Wow. If you thought Rick Holden was great, you must be like a dog with 3 dicks with our current players. We were constantly told he was the best crosser in the country but he delivered 1 perfect cross in every 10 games.

He he he
Saw him play V Spurs at WHL once, he had the ball on the half-way line, played it in to Terry phelan who played it back to him as he set of for the by-line. Ricky gets to the by-line and............ nothing. Never even attempted to cross it, in fact if the stand hadnt been there he'd off ended up in Liverpool St. station.
And he was slow slow slow!
