Sly dig at us from Fergie??

tbh I thought it was nothing to do with us. He's just saying Wenger's team is still very strong even though they'be lost two excellent players. It was more about Wenger knowing when to sell because he had young replacements ready than 'he's flogged some shite'

I saw the interview, 100% certain he was having a dig! city are well under the rancid pisscan's skin.... you can almost see him festering away!!

Can we get over Fergie ffs. Not everything he does is about is, likewise we don't need to keep constantly bringing things back to United.
And like it our not anyone would take, and they'd be lying to you if anyone said otherwise, Fergie as their manager, and we'd be stupid not to in a heartbeat.

He was complimenting Wenger in the run in to their match against Arsenal. I doubt very much all he thinks about is us, and we certainly shouldn't waste our time getting wound up about things he says, whether it's a pop at us or not.

And I'm pretty sure he said the same thing about Wenger making the right call about selling the likes of Vieira and Henry at the time, who were past it.

In his pre-match press conference on SSN they were talking about Arsenal and baconface was praising Arsene Wenger. He said one of the best things about Wenger was his ability to let players go at the right time, like he has just done with Toure and Adebayor!!

That says to me that old baconchops thinks that Kolo and Ade are past their best,or am I just being a bit over sensitive??

Just like Newcastle did with Owen, he is starting to lose the plot.

You can tell the ungracious old tosser is worried.
In the not-to-distant past there is no way he would've congratulated Wenger about anything-let alone selling players to us.
I knew we'd started to get under his skin after we made them pay 10 mill over the odds for Berbashite-he started palling up at the league managers association with Wenger when he realised they couldn't compete financially with us.

The only downer is that he'll probably retire before we really start to make an impact.... I'd love us to win the league in the next few seasons and send packing him into retirement with his evil empire utterly humiliated.

Anything that motivates our players is good.

I have noticed that a few pundits are now starting to describe the sales of Toure and Adebayor as a positive move by Wenger as the players were disruptive in the dressing room.

I think that's rubbish, but just like Ferguson's comments, the more bile that comes our way the better....providing we all stay on one side

I'm waiting for the 1st defeat to see the reaction from City fans.
