It was an attempt to show that Khan would allow a balloon taking the piss out of Trump but not one taking the piss out of him, despite his statement that he'd allow anything that didn't break safety regs. The people behind it were so convinced he wouldn't allow it that even when he did they gave their big speech about Khan censoring them on live TV and made fools of themselves. There was also only about 50 of them instead of the predicted/hoped for thousands. Then there was Manchester's massive Yellow Vest protest last weekend - o massive they could all be penned into one branch of Greggs. I think at some stage the penny has to drop with these jokers how much of a minority view they share.

Yeah, they get the coverage though as the media love the easy headlines they generate. When 8k were marching against the carbon tax in Paris they got wall to wall coverage while a pro-environment march with 5 times as many was completely ignored as they weren't torching cars or smashing up shops.
