if the club have give it the all clear then that would be excellent - adds to the atmosphere and makes it more of a special occassion
My last trip to Wembley was spent sat on a coach up the M6 when i was 16 years old having seen two of the finest Wembley goals ever with tears in my fookin eys - it hurt and still does - i just hope and pray that the players tomorrow have 10% of my feeling towards the club - how important it is for the fans and what a piece of silver wear would actually mean
That day has stayed with me since then i want to remember a different Wembley - one in which i have tears in my eyes because of joy and not sadness.

Coming from a personal view I say fuck it! Do whatever you can to build that atmosphere, honestly from a city fan point of view what is more important rules and regulations or a semi final at wembley. City need to see the priorities! We need to win!

My colleague Peter Fletcher passed me your email to respond to.
To the best of my knowledge smoke bombs are not outlawed but this isn’t the route we have taken for Sunday. I think there is a slight consideration with making sure they clear and do not obstruct kick off so if we did this it would need to be managed effectively.
As you say the fans have really got behind the game and are bringing their own elements to make it a day to remember.
