I smoked from 13 years old, until I was 30. 10-20 a day. I'm 43 now.
I'm asthmatic, and growing up my mum and dad did everything they could to shield me from second hand smoke. Sadly that made cigarettes more alluring for me!!
Glad I gave up. Couldn't afford to smoke these days. Plus my lungs are now that clear, I rarely need to use my inhaler and ive completed 2 marathons. That would be unthinkable, if I was still on the cancer sticks.
