Now you know I never claim ITK or wind up on here in the transfer thread but I just received a text off a mate who says his mate is at coms (he's a senior project manager involved in the New East Manchester/Council thing) and that he has seen Wes at COMS.

Never received any ITK or rumour stuff from this lad (and he's a rag who desperately wants Sneijder and is currently topping himself on the text)

We'll see.

If he's a rag he could just be on the wind up. Cheers anyway SWP hope ur right.

for what it is worth, he is not the sort. Was the first to text saying "well done you deserved it" after the semi and has never taken the piss. Known him for 15 years and I even watch Utd games with him in the pub from time to time. He's a sound lad. Other rags, sure, I would think it was a wum but not this lad.

His last text "I'll be gutted if he comes to you, if only for his bird"

If you are refering to this, then it's from Oct 2010. If not, do you have a source?

Thing is, I did receive that before I came on here and saw the twitter thing. But looking on twitter, there isn't a groundswell of coroborating evidence. Surely this would be out everywhere by now if true?
