If the game is called off then it is an absolute joke and the people at Stoke should be ashamed of themselves.
Why how are you getting to Stoke, driving a bastard Snow Plough!

I'm not going but the previous times i have been i have gone on the M6 before heading onto the A500 which is right next to the ground. All major raods that will be gritted. The only way you can access the stadium is via a major road that will be gritted. If the game is called off because of the pathways and walkways around the ground then that is piss poor planning from stoke who should have been out there before the snow fell gritting the pavements and keep on top of the extra snow that falls.

Top level football in this country is a multi multi millions pound business, no game should be called off for the weather unless it is a freak of nature, the weather we are getting at the minute is just normal winter weather we get every year.
It's not the area around the ground that worries me, I don't fancy the M6 in treachorous conditions, there have been several large pile ups tonight and that's before it freezes over.

Piss poor from us, i doubt we will ever have to call a game off again. Lessons were learnt hopefully.

In all fairness the blame can't be placed all on the club.
The authorities would play a major role in determining whether it takes place.

Unfortunately health and safety run everything these days,i have no idea how we all made it through life before their care and concern for our welfare saved us!

Don't go then! Thing is, all major roads (M6 included) will be passable by the morning.
Scaremongering isn't big and it's not clever!
Make your decision in the morning and if you decide not to go, PM me with your address and I will pick your ticket up and give it someone who wants to go!

It's been on the stoke website since 12 today that people are working around the ground through the night to try and get the surrounding areas safe.
