You should see the state of my street this morning. I could charge people to ice skate on it! I nearly went on my arse this morning!

I cycled from Altrincham to the city centre at 5.30 this morning through thick snow on the road and falling snow. Took me about 5 mins longer than usual - no traction control, no ABS brakes, no nothing.

What's all the fuss about?
I drove from Sale into Alty yesterday, not a snowflake in sight.

Icy yes, snow no

He's a big tart, loves havin this photo taken, although this morning refused to go out. Sniffed the air and went back to bed

It's great when you're still at high school and it's going to possibly get you a day off tomorrow :P

Well, if the forecasts are to be believed we're going to be well and truly snowed in tomorrow. 6 inches? :P

I have a Uni assignment to hand-in tomorrow. Does anyone who goes to Uni know I can't physically get to the building to hand it in, is that a valid reason not to? Or do I have to crawl my way there?

My lad is determined to stay up tonight and watch it happen. It's scheduled for about 3am here.

I wouldn't mind, but he is 26 (bloody big kid!).

;-)

No, actually you're right jim.

I've always had a secret fascination for watching a snowfall, so he probably gets it off me.

Won't be waiting up til 3 though! ;-)
