they are not out in public cos they have not happened, and had they happened they would be out - there is no way every player, every club official on both sides of the transfer, every agent, every wife, every child etc says nothing to anyone about done deals, it just does NOT work like that, certainly not for the number of weeks you have been saying deals have been done (4 weeks ago?). The fact that you do not name names tends to suggest the same, and indeed the last time I can remember you naming a specific player was in January when you clearly stated that Ansaldi had signed - well if he did sign in January then I have to admit a really good job has been made of keeping that one quiet
