So will Mancini rotate the full backs again v Napoli?

No offense to Kolarov and Zaba (Kolarov in particular has done well so far in Europe), but we are a different animal with Gael and Micah on the flanks. We've rotated them all season long, and this is my main worry going into this crucial game. In the system we play, you could argue that the full backs are the most important players and we lose quite a bit of quality when Zab plays over Micah, imo. Considering we have Liverpool away at the weekend, i can't see Bobby playing the same fullbacks in all 3 games this week.

Anyone else concerned? Or do you still fancy us even without Micah, who has been up there with Silva so far this season with his performance levels?

Not sure if you are the new Nostradamus, but you couldn't have got this more right. As soon as I saw the starting line up I thought our full backs were going to get ripped apart by Lavessi and Hamsik, and they did. Zaba also offers nothing like what Richards can going forward, meaning Silva doesn't have the freedom to drift inside like he does so effectively.

Half time and Platt stating that we need to get the ball wide to 'get behind them' were his words.

Exact same thing he said in half time in the first Napoli game as well. And nothing changed that time either.

Got to say you got it right,( in my opinion),and no way am i having a go at Kolarov or Zabs,but i thought it was a just a little bit easier getting down the flanks for Napoli.But then who knows by playing Micah and Clichy if it would have tightened us up.Got to say i thought we was the better team but credit to them they played to the top of there game,one of the best games in CL ive seen for a while.Well done City onwards and upwards.ITS GREAT TO BE A BLUE.
