Axl. He's insane and I love him for it.

I know someone who Axl hired to produce an early incarnation of Chinese Democracy - this person said that Axl was the single most fucked up insecure freak he'd ever met. And he's worked with some pretty big egos as a producer.

See I had to look up who David Johansen actually is/was, so my vote, by default, should go to Axl Rose, however this is the same Axl Rose who wrote the immortal lyric:

"Immigrants and faggots, they make no sense to me, they come to our country, and spread their fucking disease...." - One In A Million

So because of that, I'm out. Consider it a spoiled ballot.

He is pretty nutty but sadly, I think a lot of it might come from his childhood and an abusive relative.

Great performer in the early years and a cracking vocalist.

The song always reminds me of the movie Falling Down. If you have seen the movie then you'll kind of get the song. If Slash wasn't offended then it's OK I guess.
