To stand a chance of being financially self sustaining with their current cost-base demands CL revenue. There's no chance without it as their next accounts will show.

What FSG have done is invested a significant sum in the hope of regaining that top 4 spot and thereby making their investment pay off and be more valuable. If they don't get it for the next couple of seasons then players will leave for teams that do have CL football and other top class names won't come to replace them.

Spot the difference to what ADUG has done because I can't.

And Henderson and Balotelli are the same age and were the same price.

Henderson got pissed on by Switzerland U21s. Balotelli pissed on Spain, the World Cup holders, and was MOTM in the last FA Cup final.

Notice a pattern here?

I think you should show a bit more respect. LFC nailed on for fourth this season IMO and they deserve everyone's respect because they've earned it repeatedly over the last 40 years by playing the game the right way. Just as we are doing.

Compare to what you're doing which is to leap onto the high horse without a saddle.

Ahead of Tottenham who just embarrassed them 4-0? Liverpool are definitely not nailed on for fourth spot.

Ask him why Shankly's autobiography was banned from the club shop for 25 years after he thanked the owners of Littlewoods Pools - Mancunians BTW - for their generosity in bankrolling many of his signings.
