Something Odd Going on with Tevez

I bet DD has all his fingers and toes crossed that Tevez never comes back, it'll only add to his tedious campaign of bullshit against our manager.

Oh well, I'm going to be called a 'Mancini lover' now.

There does appear to be something odd here. Tevez went back to Argentina because he was injured and not able to play and was homesick, so Mancini gave him leave to go home. It was reported that he should have come back yesterday, however, an Argentinian doctor said it would be a risk to fly him home in case of a DVT with flying, it doesn't quite add up that, hope ihe isn't swinging the lead to let him stay home longer. Maybe they could ship him home.

Mancini said he had to sort out some family problems and since he had a dead leg it was excusable as he was going to miss the matches anyways.

Nobody is perfect and we all have problems.

If he's back Thursday, does anyone think he will play Sunday?

I reckon he might. It will all be about the injury. He has shown before that he can come back from Argentina and play very well after only a couple of days.

For a start, no player needs to fly half way accross the world for treatment on a simple Dead Leg. Especially in the middle of a run of key games.

Also, Kidd was interviewed on RAdio 5 on Saturday and, pretty much unprompted, said "Noone knows what went on between Tevez and The Boss besides those two. It will all be sorted". And he wasn't referring to the dressing room bust up.

Something's happened I think.
He's not gone for treatment. His young children are in Argentina.

I thought you knew what you were talking about. Clearly not

Its just Dismal Dave, you get used to it. I firmly believe he cant help himself.
He's so used to us being in a relegation battle that he hankers after the good old days ;-)

Tevez is a great player, but I dont think he's a captain material at all.

I'm still waiting for the Something Odd Going on with Didsbury Dave thread...

Why would anyone bother? That thread would be as pointless as this one is.

Why do you bother....you don't contribute anything to any discussion. You just turn up, shine that bright light down from your perch high atop moral high ground hill, and properly slag off fellow City supporters just because you don't like their opinions.

I admit to giving it out to you earlier in the week...but I was drunk and frankly, you're becoming about as tedious as you accuse DD of being...
