Ryan is waiting in the wings for the chance to show how he can motivate a team to the top. His motivational speeches are something else.
 
For those that still have belief in this campaign I suggest you avoid the papers today, the knives are out, the Express and the Mail have double page articles attacking him. I was so upset I refused to buy either and will in future boycott them.

I think you're right about, until the end of the season. I can't see him getting the money he thinks he's getting, in January.
