#SOO Save Our Olé Season III.....Ole, The Trilogy.....We've Failed.....Thank You Ole.

It could be hilarious, I agree, but he's undoubtedly a considerably more capable manager than Solskjaer, so i'd just rather Ole stayed in!

One guy who could get some direction going and is a millions times better coach than Solksjar would be one Brendan Rodgers. Look how quickly he has implemented his system on Leicester, I think they will surprise a few people this year. He had Swansea playing some fantastic football when they came up and ran City close with Liverpool. The rags could do a lot worse and they currently are with the manager they have now.

He was a good manager, but the last 10 years of his career were a steady decline into really poor managerial decisions and tactics, and I don't believe they would never be title contenders under him.

Plus, you know he'd start spending insane money and throw out all of his principles.

It would also kill Arsenal fans.

Oh yeah defo. My one fear though is that a couple of years away from the game to reflect may have actually helped him as he's an intelligent bloke. I often wonder if he just got too close to the Arsenal job and it ruined him. I'd just rather not take the risk of him coming even close to his once great level!

Sorry, I can no longer support this thread because I've just seen Arsene Wenger basically beg for the job on french television and say he knows how to get United back on top with 4 signings.

RB: Is Manchester United is a poison job? The squad they have is not ready, not good enough, but the expectations are so high. Nobody can do it.

AW: No. Manchester United is a dream job for any manager. At least, any manager with courage and confidence. Yes, they need - in my opinion - 4 first team players. But around those players, I see a squad that is capable of challenging. They aren't as far away as people think.

RB: They won on penalties against a tadpole!

AW: The team have no pattern of play, no pattern of pressing. There is a team there, but it needs to be coached and developed. Like I said, 4 players and they can be challengers. For everything.

RB: You know the 4?

AW: I cannot name them. It would be headlines everywhere. I know them. They lack creativity, flair, players that can expose the defence consistently through dribbling ability and speed. Now it is too horizontal. Side to side. Backwards. Nobody to beat a defender and force chaos, force a one-on-one. They need an overlapping full-back. They need a destroyer. 4 players.

RB: You said a coach needs courage and confidence to do the job. Is that you? You seem to have the ideas. (laughing)

AW: Like I said, Manchester United is a dream job. For any coach. I have confidence, I have courage...and you're right, I have ideas.

I've just immediately become #OleOut and #ArseneIn or whatever the fuck they're going to go with. Nothing would be more fun than seeing Wenger go to United.
He will be warmly greeted by his old friend pisscan.

Did they not have a naughty song about him. That would be some turn around.

They have naughty songs about everyone, then deny singing them when they rock up.
Its a bit similar to the "Fergie Fergie sign him up song" regards Tevez.......i have never met 1 rag who admits to singing it.

People have been asking for the rags to stick with their shit mangers since The Chosen One started wobbling. Fuck them if they sack this loser, nobody could sort that mess out as long as the club ownership stays the same. You need more that just a good manager to be a force in modern football.

I think Wenger's just fluttering his eyelids at them in the hope that they offer him the job so he can promptly turn it down, thus humiliating them a bit more.

I would.
Yes, sit there nodding at the presser, contract on the table pen in hand. Then put the pen down and just stare at the cameras and say NAAH get up and walk out , could you do it like that please lol

i think Ole is pretty much safe at the moment esp with Utd mentioning this 3 year transition period ''unless'' the results get worse and they end up close to the relegation zone, thing is here their results do indicate a relegation fight but no one at the swamp can smell the coffee
