He's like a 6th former who has been left in charge of a younger class while Sir had to pop out. The kids have no respect for him and are starting to play up. Unfortunately for him there are some real arrogant pricks in the class and no one with the balls to stand up to them. He does not know how to assert his authority and is praying for Sir to come back and take over again soon.

Save our Ole...pft. This forum has been doing its utmost to secure the services of quite a few managers over the road recently and failed each time miserably. We're fucking useless and should therefore give up in a dignified manner and slowly walk away.
