#SOO Save Our Olé Season III.....Ole, The Trilogy.....We've Failed.....Thank You Ole.

The only man talking any sense after the game was the man with any success to speak of as a manager, Mr Graeme Souness. Neville was spouting his usual shite when Utd lose, Keane was spouting his usual shite when Utd lose and Micah was just spouting his usual shite.

What Souness said pretty much summed up what we had all just witnessed when he said that he had never seen or played in a game like that, ever. The gulf in class was that vast he truly could not believe what he had just witnessed. Even with a totally biased ref and a complicit VAR team on their side we were light years ahead of them.

The problems of the rags amount to far more than the manager not being up to the job or Wan Bisaka not closing down Cancelo quickly enough. The whole structure of the club is flawed from their money grabbing owners, their whole ethos towards player recruitment, to the false dawns/immediate action needed narratives created by the media and the countless rag hangers on who are infesting the media.

Step 1 starts with replacing the manager but I really do not think the have got the structure in place to address steps 2, 3, 4 and onwards.

Whilst the Glazers still hold control, the pisscan stays around like a bad smell and their clueless media sycophants countinue to contradict themselves all the time they will continue go round in square shaped circles like they have for the last 8-10 years.

It really is a glorious time to be a blue.

Souness is a great pundit, professional and knows his stuff, has a lot of time for Likkle City

Ferdinand should keep his fucking camelgob shut.

What does he think he's doing, undermining our glorious and noble campaign?
The irony is he coined the ‘ole at the wheel phrase’, which isn’t a term you’d use if you didn’t think he could deliver you back to the ‘summit’... odious cretin who has a stick on beard worse than Martin ‘ray liota’ keown

Yeah, I thought of the irony of camelgob's words, after his "At the wheel" comments.

Another one, who only has his job in the media because of the team he played for.

To be fair (why am I being fair to Rio?!) Ole's at the wheel was invented by United fans, not him. They were singing about it not too long after Mourinho left, but well before the PSG game that lead to Ferdinand's now infamous speech.

He was parroting their new catch phrase on TV.

I agree. Souness is a great pundit and he does have a lot of time for us.....but being the good pundit that he is, he also has a lot of time for other clubs who play entertaining and intelligent football. He just tells it straight, no mater what the team. Crucially he also no time whatsoever for clubs who have no plan, no vision, no playing strategy and lazy, ego-inflated players. And that's the best part.....he sees what a shower of shite this Utd side is and calls it out in a simple, unemotional, easy to understand way. His withering assessments of Pogba are legendary. He absolutely knows when a player isn't trying and is just taking the piss. I like listening to him.
