#SOO Save Our Olé Season III.....Ole, The Trilogy.....We've Failed.....Thank You Ole.

This thread makes me proud to be a City fan and anybody who has contributed to the SOO campaign can hold their heads up high. We have gotten 3 full years from the water carrier when the most we had hoped for a 3 month spell. I fear the campaign is coming to and end but 558 pages in , well done everyone. As a matter of interest did any of the other campaigns last as long?

Never give up hope, just set attainable targets.... get him through Xmas, end of the transfer window, one page per million fans (659 the accredited total) from his start in the hottest of hot seats began, end of the season etc......and then off we go for the quad in 22/23.

After all the noises, he is still there. Amazing. Their former manager must be deathly afraid of letting in an outsider and allowing him a look at the piles of skeleton in the closet.

No matter what the result today, I trust that the media will be a bit kinder to Ole than they were after his last match in charge against the noisy bullies from across his home town. The way those bullies got away without criticsm for hogging the ball for nearly the whole game was a disgrace. Poor Ole - he was very upset and almost lost for words afterwards, but the media were merciless and showed their true blue colours; calling for his head, regardless of his Mancunian DNA. Not a word about how his day was spoiled by the blue bullies who kicked off and then didn't give his ball back. I understand that Ole and his spiritual father, Slur Alex, were inconsolable that night.
So, here we are. Off to Watford in Noddy's little car - which the media laughingly refer to as a bus. Phelan and Carrick have been working on their plans all week, and Ole's going to fire the boys up telling them not to be afraid of Watford, despite their reputation as footballing aristocracy, based near that London. Watford; the history; Barnes, Blissett, Elton John.
Come on boys! Listen to Noddy. Be inspired by your DNA. Nick nack paddy whack, whack the ball away! Kick that ball and win the game today!
Yes - beat those Watford wallies!
And if you don't.........mind the Gap!

Let’s hear how the media manipulate the headlines today.
I wonder what ‘run’ stat they will come up with to make them appear less shit than Watford.

They’re on a two week unbeaten run, he’s not getting the praise he deserves in my view, it looks like he’s turned the corner.
