Unfortunately it looks like they will still scrape top 4, no matter how shit they are they're almost certainly going to win their last 2 games (Hudds and Cardiff) and I can see both Arse and Chelsea dropping yet more points in their last 2.

Rags play Huddersfield and Cardiff, Chelsea play Watford and Leicester. I'd say the rags have a chance of catching them. Difficult to see Arsenal going to Burnley on the final day and winning though they should beat Brighton before that, so if the rags win both games they've probably got a 40% or so chance of making the top 4.
Has to be taken into account in all of this that Arsenal and Chelsea have Europa League semi finals to navigate as well.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Olly "Nice But Dim" resigns at the end of the season. He must know by now that he just isn't up to it. He could walk away in the summer with his head held reasonably high and his "legend" status intact. Or he could carry on and be in danger of being hounded out and forever be remembered as a failure.

So as much as I support this important campaign, I think it's doomed to imminent failure :-(

I think our campaign and Ole himself, would benefit hugely from having a Director of Football alongside him. Someone steeped in the United way, someone bred from the United DNA, someone who is a "football man", someone who knows and respects Ole, someone respected throughout the game.
