Solskjaer comes across as a decent guy and I don't dislike him. The fact he is revered as a club legend and his likeability most probably helped get him the job. It is farcical based on his limited managerial experience of winning a championship with Molde and brief fling of failure as Cardiff boss. It clearly becoming evident that Ole is well out of his depth there as United's manager. The rags euphoria of winning a few games on the bounce against mediocre clubs was just a smokescreen to hide the fact he is a very inexperienced manager who is way out of his depth. A few games won on the bounce earned Ole a 3 year contract. Wow! I bet the giddy rags who lauded Solskjaer as the second coming feel pretty sick now. Those few wins on the bounce was a bit like winning a fiver in a fruit machine when they thought they would hit the jackpot.
A 3 year contract offered for being a club legend and a likeable guy. Lol. Straw clutching and barrel scraping springs to mind, especially after the debacle of Maureen's tenure. Whatever United choose to do, whether they stick or twist means they are still in constant turmoil and transition, just like we were for many years under Swales. Only difference is they can afford to sign more expensive donkeys than we ever could under Peter Swales.. I fuckin gloat in their continued demise.
Eeyore Ole!
