He needs a transfer window and most of a season to make a judgement.
He's identified that the players are unfit so he can either replace them with guys who are short of the quality required for top teams but have good fitness levels or by bringing in different retreads to the ones he has at the moment.

i think its meltdown year, certainly for me the funniest over the last few years was when the turtle was in charge, but with the signings mentioned its simply not going to deliver what their looking for, Xmas he's out on his arse having spunked another pile of doh,,,a lot of people don't know what their problem is but i do because Graeme Souness said and its City, every time we win a game a cup or the title it piles more and more pressure on them 'a bit like keeping up with the man next door' and its suffocating them,they will never be back as they were like when whiskey was their while city are clearing up every season
