south stand atmosphere

The issue is more to do with what is going on on the pitch. City fans turn up expecting a win, a resounding and one sided win. I was at the game on Sunday and the atmosphere was terrible, when we were the underdogs pre 2011 it was fantastic. It happens in all leagues to all clubs, my Cardiff city supporting mates were saying their last few seasons in the championship were dire atmosphere wise because they were expecting a win at home, since they have been promoted it's gone up a bit.

It's not been great this year.

Newcastle and the Rags games were good but, the rest have been below average with Pilzen probably being the worst.

There's only so much that small groups at the back of the stand can do to get the atmosphere going. We need the whole stand to get involved. But it's just not happening.

I think we've been struggling for some years with the loss of some singers to the singing section. Those who have replaced them have not filled the void.

Although the Singing Section is far from perfect the reality is that 109-111 contains a greater proportion of singers than the South Stand.
