It’s on loop for me and can’t get over it .
 
Hard to contain yourself in the away end.
No idea how I managed.
Just left my seat and was watching from aisle.
 
I was surprised that the guard of honour extended past the first game after we won the league, but if it is policy to do that why did the mush tossers disrespect it and us?
 
And another thing. Hoedt is well annoyed with McCarthy on that goal – furious in fact – but if you watch the Every Angle review of it on the OS, he's not right. At least, not in my opinion. Especially the view from behind the Saints' goal shows how perfectly weighted Kev's floated ball was, and how perfect Jesus's touch was. The keeper made a reasonable decision not to come for it initially, especially with two defenders bearing down on Gabi. The quality of the ball only becomes evident right at the very end of the trajectory, and McCarthy couldn't have expected Jesus's touch to be so superb. The keeper comes out to narrow the angle, he does just about everything right. It just has to be chalked up as an astonishing goal. One of many this season.
