Disagree with that, after the result last week they would have been mad to go attacking us. Getting something against us would have helped settle them down again and tbh it nearly worked. Southampton could be in a relegation battle and need every point they can get.I absolutely can blame them. This is supposed to be the best league in this country. No space for teams too scared to play football. Let a team with some balls in the championship have a go.

Pep been shut out with no shots on goal in the 1st half only 8 times since coming to City...4 of them against Soton!!
Gotta love the fight and desire, good to see the lads getting stuck in, especially after that second goal.
That win will feel 10 times better than a 10-0 victory! Pep will have his back up about Soton’s game plan, time wasting and even their bench holding up the ball, when he gets in the dressing room.
Given the refereeing and what is going on elsewhere, it is literally City against the world at this point!

This game was ABSOLUTELY made for Mendy's low, whipped in crosses. Instead, we punt in high, chipped in crosses.
Our first low ball in, results in a goal. Not difficult to see.
So many players nowhere near the level they should be at, but a win's a win.
Don't care about the dippers. It's expected that top sides score late goals. They did.
Up to us to FINALLY win there, next Sunday

The football authorities/ media/refs do not want a repeat of the total domination as seen last year and as a result will cheat as much as possible so it doesn’t happen again. The game is bent sadly
