He’s really antsy tonight. Is it because it was one of those performances that has cost us the champions league in the past? It can’t just be the penalty. Or has something else happened? He seemed grumpy before the game. I remember him bein like this a year or two ago and it turned out his family got pressure from the police about a Catalonia issue.

I agree, there's definitely a a sub plot here because he's clearly agitated about something, though what that something is I haven't a clue.

Even if there was a touch from the keeper (and I did consider it at the time) the ball was not 'cleared' into a remotely safe area and could have then been easily slotted home into the open net if Foden had been allowed to continue his run.

The follow through into his ankle resulted in denial of a clear goalscoring chance from that moment on.

I mute a lot during city games. Waffling on about money at the start, underwhelming response to us scoring, orgasmic response to the opposition scoring. It really shouldn’t be like this, we are playing amazing winning football and most of the audience are blues, so why not cater to them? That’s what I liked about the Everton game on Amazon.
