I do wonder if Covid took a lot out of him, when he's been on the pitch since he's looked sluggish... of course that could just be fitness, guess we'll never know.

He must be fit to play or he wouldn’t be on the bench.
But I know just where you’re coming from, he was an explosive and exciting player in his early run-outs but has been a bit meh on the odd occasion that he’s been let off the leash since covid :-(

Torres is being overlooked because he is offering very little, sadly.

It's all still a little bit new to him, showed his eye for a goal at the start of the season, but hopefully being part of a few trophies this season can push him to realise we're not doing him a favour, he's been signed because we believe in his talent.

to be honest I'd prefer him through the middle tonight over De Bruyne.

Yes, and I don't think the CB s are the problem. After a long time we have a solid partnership of CB s, I would not mess with them. In 1 month we could have 4 CB s satisfied with their minutes but all of them complet out of form.
