Would be nice to see that Salisu look terrified tomorrow. Had our number home and away last season, wonder will he be another to add to the list of Haalands woman

Not aware I have mentioned anything about going defensive, all I have said is play Ake at lb.
Fair do's. It's just a lot of posters have mentioned this. I'd rather have Gomez there terrorising A-Arnold with the help of two of Grealish, Foden or Bernie

This is about the EDS but starts with Southampton so this thread is as good a place to start. A good article from the Daily Mail......

Imagine for one minute Maddley actually applying the time wasting laws correctly and the keeper being booked after a couple of warnings in the first 25 mins.

I'm hoping against hope that as it's one of our kids in their nets that there's a change of plan (he does a 'Joe Hart' and does what he wants) seeing as there're sting rumours the manager is toast post match.

To be fair, In the home game we actually created good chances, Grealish was very good that day but we had nobody to finish them

That was a very frustrating game to watch

He is 26, turning 27 in December, but nothing I said isn’t ACTUALLY A FACT! :-)

If you think his shoulder is going to derail his career, I don’t know what to say.

He has had surgery previously,it hasnt worked,if thats not the very definition of chronic and derailing a career, then neither do i.

Its great you and a couple of others are going all Big Blue......but facts are facts.....we have signed a crock.

Hopefully he will be available for the away fixture.

This one has proved to be a difficult one to get to. It sounded easy a month back until I realised that City were at home to United, FC Copenhagen, and Southampton within six days.

I had to be in Glasgow all day Monday for work and in London all day on Friday. The logistics looked impossible with rail strikes affecting all three matches.

I gave my United match ticket to my son who has supported City for over 25 years but had never been to a Derby match. He managed to get there bring his new girlfriend along presumably by booking on Stagecoach buses.

I travelled down by road on Wednesday and stayed over in a hotel until Thursday. I then got a train to London on the afternoon. I parked the car long-stay in Manchester.

I am now in a hotel in London and will get a train back to Manchester on Friday after work. We have a hotel in Manchester for Friday and Saturday for the Southampton match and will drive back to Edinburgh on Sunday.
And there was me gutted cos the train from Urmston isn't running
