Can't wait. Every home game right now is like a Christmas Eve, an expectation of good things to come.

It's the type of momentum which is very hard to stop once it kicks in.

I will go another hat-trick for Erling and us winning by seven or eight.
Erling was 3-1 for a hattrick the other night which in itself is ridiculous. I knew he wouldn’t play the 90 so didn’t take a punt and he still very nearly pulled it off, However I think he’ll play the 90 this time around and it’s ridiculous that it’s come to the fact that it’s very likely he’ll bag three every week! Unprecedented, I don’t think even messi had that kind power over peoples expectations.

If RH gets sacked after this I reckon Southampton are fucking deluded. He strikes me as a decent man and a decent manager and I am not sure what more could be expected from what is basically a selling club? It also strikes me that they must have a divided dressing room as there are regular rumours of him having “lost the dressing room”, something which seems to have been an issue there going back to the days of James Beattie.

They’d be mad to sack him 3 months into their new policy of blooding youngsters to increase their value, especially as he will have 6 weeks to tactically improve them in a few weeks.
As much as I agree with that I think the club should be looking at other options. It is also a perfect time to get someone new in and work with the players. I just hope they are pick the right person if so.

I agree, but Southampton are a hard team to read. They're either incredibly difficult to breakdown, or ship goals for fun... I hope it's the latter!

If their defence isn't at it and City play anywhere near the level we have reached over the last few games, I wouldn't rule out us getting 6 again.

St. Mark's vs. St. Mary's. Drew twice last season and the Saints looked stubborn and hard to break down for many games in the Prem.

Will Ralph even last until Saturday? If he survives, he must be motivated to go for it.
Or at least give Bazunu, Larios, Lavia and Edozie their starts at a former club? Or whip out Willy?
I was at that home game last season. They were bloody good, and well worth the draw.
