Between this and the Arsenal game, for the first time in my life I'll be going to two consecutive City games. You'd think we'd win at least one of them.

Nice to see the lads upbeat and smiling at training, including fearless leader.

Have a great time and fingers crossed.

Don't forget to wear your "lucky" item of clothing. That should guarantee a draw at least.

If Bravo plays, Southampton will target him as the weak link and a lot of our fans will start to fear the worst. Hopefully, we'll get to 3 - 0 up after an hour and Southampton will decide not to waste their energy.
It could be said that they would only need 3 shots on target to force a draw, only joking

I hope people show you more respct when you're getting towards the end of your glittering career as the top person in your role in the world !!

Borderline most attention seeking post of the day so far at 09:27am, good man.

What on earth did you see in my post thats even close to disrespectful?
He is on 200K a week and has clearly dropped the effort and drive simply because he ain't gonna be here next year
I then proceeded to praise navas for his effort, despite him being not even close to Yaya on what hes done for this club over the years...

If I was wearing the shirt I'd drive myself into the ground, his agents words clearly show the man plays for himself.

You know if we win the Saints game now, everything you wear on the day will be considered lucky, meaning you'll have to wear it non-stop until after the semi-final. Then if we win the semi, the luckiness is confirmed and you'll have to wear the exact same items of clothing, unwashed, to every match you attend in the future.

Basically. I finally sorted out my drawers yesterday and I kept a whole drawer reserved for City shirts. Last time we went to Southampton away I wore the third kit- last season's green one- and as we lost 4-2 I haven't worn it since.

Yeah, would have developed a habit like that myself except we only used to change the kits every few seasons and we'd usually lost 3 games well before November of the first season, would have been nearly as big a waste of money as some of the players!

Pep Guardiola confirms there are no fresh injury concerns ahead of the Southampton game with only Sagna, Jesus and Gundogan absent.

Pep: "After Chelsea, Kompany had a little problem in the leg and we didn't want to take risk. But he was able to play a high level 90 mins."

PEP: (On goalkeepers) I like both to be involved, I have confidence in both Bravo and Caballero. We will see.

PEP: The last week I decided on Claudio, Saturday I will decide. Depends on the way the opponent plays, what I see in the training sessions

PEP: (On Sanchez rumours) Now is not the time to talk about that.

PEP: (On Joe Hart) At the end of the season we’ll speak. We follow all the players who are on loan

I think the team almost picks itself with either Yaya, KDB or Dinho on the bench. Consensus on here is that Delph starts as well as Silva in midfield. Roll the dice on the RB position. When you think you can guess Pep's selection he throws a spanner in there.

Kompany may not be risked in this match and may be kept bubble wrapped till the FA cup semi-final. It took a long while to play even though he's been fit. Doubt they'd just let him play every other game suddenly. I don't have my crystal ball so I may be wrong. Hopefully, it'll be an exciting game. City for the win.

As for the keeper, possibly Bravo. Willy to come up with the heroic in the semi-final. Although, if you're looking for a ticket, tell people Bravo is playing.

pep got a very big choice to make in the summer and its what is the best price we are going to get for aguero or player swap at barca

we all know now that aguero is going and if the media are getting hold of info about Sanchez and at this time of the season then something is up. i did say in the transfer window that manchester city could be about to spend big in the summer and £300 million worth of players going and coming. city will settle the books with a net spend but the in comings will out shine the out goings but the aguero move will be £80million plus

now for Sanchez i think i seen somewhere that they had a buy out clause of £50million and for me would not pay that for him but knowing the deal for aguero could net us £80million then we would could put the rest into the squad so i see Alexis Sanchez deal in a better light

You don't half post a lot of shite on here, ancoats!
How do you KNOW Aguero will be leaving? You believe everything you read in the press ffs?
Of course we will try and balance the books, FFP tells us we have to, it's not fucking rocket science.

Back onto topic, we really have to be on our toes Saturday, Southampton are a decent team, and if we are anything less than very good, it's likely we will get beat.

I think he also said something about how teams press. He's finding a route for Bravo back into this team. No question of it in my eyes.

When is willy's contract up?
