Ok I got it wrong we saw the ISS first that was really bright and then we’ve seen the Space X, but that was going in the opposite direction, I 5hought everything went the same way up there.

ISS is really bright and if you are in Manchester went over about 6 mins ago, the space x went over about a minute ago and was nowhere near as bright in fact very hard to see.

If you saw something in the south western sky moving quite fast that was Dragon. Just below the moon as it were. Thats where it was supposed to be and at that time - 10;10pm

Exactly what we just saw... I was expecting them both to be going the same way. Still amazing to see though

Yep seen it,bought a pair of powerful binnocks a few years ago brilliant.

It came back bright on the same path (obviously) then dimmed again. Finally I stayed out craning my neck and saw something after all that Skylink malarky.

Yep same here, SpaceX passed a lot closer to the moon that the ISS I think.

ISS was 20 degrees elevation. Dragon was lower. More or less just above the horizon.

Maybe wrong but that was my understanding of it.

saw the Iss didn’t see the Dragon space craft, ones the size of a football field the other is the size of a truck so understandable it was hard to spot.

Just seen it go over, maybe a daft question but how come it’s so bright, is it a reflection of light?

16 massive solar panels reflect a lot of light
The Dragon wasn't bright enough to see 5 mins later. Next pass when it's dark- maybe.
