Crashed and burned again due to only one of the 2 engines reigniting.

Wouldn't it be better to start all 3 raptor engines and turn off 1 that they don't need?
You won't be able to land on Mars without better landing gear than that. Far to small and unable to cope with ground movement.

And that's what they did this time!

That was one hell of an eventful test. Landed upright but with what's called a soft landing as the legs didn't deploy so that's why it ended up with a slight lean.

Must've enjoyed the first flight so much that it tried for another. On to SN11 we go with some great data from this test without a doubt.

Turned it off as it looked ok. Few minutes later it went up. A spectacular explosion. Mr Musk will be choking on his Bong.

I fell asleep before the launch so only watched it this morning.

That was epic!. managing to stick the landing on the 3rd ever attempt is amazing. I'd guess we'll be at a pretty solid success rate in about 10/15 tests time.

cant wait for the Super heavy tests. not sure when they are planned but the rocket is being built in one of the hangars. when that thing is fully loaded with rapters its going to be huge!. 28 of those engines in 1 rocket... although apparently 1st hop tests will be 2/3 of them.

1st heavy booster is stacked. this is just a pathfinder tho to work out how to build it and how to move it to where it needs to be, it wont fly. Booster 2 will hop.

Mad to think that Starship will sit ontop of this thing!

Blew up pre landing. Fan footage suggesting it may have been intentional explosion, Sounds like the fan guys may have lost $20k of camera's from it
