They have a stationary finish line, much easier to be pinpoint accurate. they would have to have cameras literally every cm of the pitch to get anything like that technology.

I was being sarcastic but I would like to see a camera system that's setup on the 25 yard line just like the goal line one is now. Needs to be high frame rate too.

Yeah definitely a noticeable shift. Usually these refs fall for or can’t wait to give all these little dives in the Champions League. Hopefully this change is something that will stay!
