Speed awareness course

All I remember was some pretty horrifying stats as to your life expectancy on the hard shoulder of a motorway - if you ever break down get you and yours out of the car and well up on the verge, even if it's freezing and pissing down. Other than that I remember thinking about an hour in that I'd cheerfully take at least 3 points just to be able to fuck off.

Maybe you should be grateful for being given the opportunity of attending a speed awareness course instead of trying to be clever and degenerating it?

You haven't learnt the error of your ways and you will undoubtedly get caught speeding again in the not to distant future.

How clever you are...[/quote]

if only there was a smug awareness course
(and an english language awareness course, trying to be clever lol)

The car stopping distance was an eye opener, text book highway code stuff but not half as interesting as the actual speed of impact at those various speeds.

They really should make this part of the driving test.

That's the problem with speeding, it takes longer to stop in an emergency.

People can go as fast as they want for me, but as soon as that affects anybody else they should be banned automatically.

90% of the people on those are arrogant twats who know everything and haven't done anything wrong in the first place...

And that just about sums it up.

All it sums up is your ability to make a sweeping generalisation based on complete ignorance, unless you both know 90% of folk who take speed awareness courses personally.
And I bet neither of you have ever broken the speed limit in your lives.
If only we all were as perfect as you two.
