Spooks or Downton?

I've loved every series of Spooks but tonight's episode was like wading through treacle.

Unfortunately, I can't disagree -was very poor - I'm just hoping that the series is building to a climax (a la Gaudinho's stolen Car).
It's lucky that everyterrorist threat we face, happens in London within five minutes drive of where our total of five spies is based....!

Agree with the poster who said Strike back is the must watch show on a Sunday evening. The two main characters have an edge the new series of spooks seems to lack. I get bored midway through each episode as its all very predictable and it lacks a true hero.

Never watched a second of either of them, but I prefer Downton because its on ITV and therefore costs me nothing.

I do pay for Spooks, which is by all accounts is a downmarket and infantile spy adventure series aimed at people who still need children's programmes well into their 20s. Adults should pay for their own trash TV.

Scrap the licence fee.

Terraphuckinova Tonight!

It's got dinosaurs and shit actors who you can't really warm to and want to see them eaten.

Spooks. I've watched it for a long time but sadly it is showing its age this time round; looks like axing it is probably for the best if they're running out of ideas. That said, I fucking hate programmes like Downton Abbey.

i love the british "stiff upper lip" conservative character and the yank "gung-ho" all guns blazing approach.
