I get the impression he isn’t the brightest bulb on the Christmas Tree and fuck alone knows what got into his head in Leipzig, but agree he is a leader in that dressing room and the group really looks up to him.

They didn’t try to kick us into row Z either. I think Sporting and their fans have deservedly earned a lot of respect tonight.

Unlike Porto last season who were cynical and thuggish fuckng animals. Acting on direct instructions from their **** of a manager
Lots of love and respect for Sporting Clube de Portugal and their supporters tonight.
Even though they naturally hated our Benfica lads, we do exactly the same. Brandon Williams got loads of shit at Carrow Road last week, for example
Amazing support for their team at the end, proud and emotional.
Portuguese fans, their people and even their police seem to be much more human and civilised than their neighbours in Spain. Bravo!
