You didn't make up the video.

However, You certainly over exaggerated as to what happened. Maybe your equivalent of "rolling around in agony" is different to mine.

He was up after a few seconds and continued to train.

Going to be tough on Ake to start again but there's probably not much choice. He looked like he was towing a caravan at Bournemouth on Saturday. Not ideal having to overuse him at the minute when he's just back from a hamstring injury

We could chuck Wilson in, he was maybe 'rested' part way though the Norwich EDS game with coming back from injury himself.
