Spuds Ground Staff and MET Police

Anyone else sitting in the bottom tier yesterday think that we were treated like shite by the ground staff and police? Their double standards on the whole staying seated thing really pissed me off. They were threatening to throw ppl out around me for standing up yet all the spuds behind the goal were standing for the full 90 minutes. When my dad asked why they werent being told to sit down the plod he asked just laughed and said "if you have a problem with it you know what you can do" He and his bunch of shites were loving every minute of it - proper jobs worths.

Some guy sitting behind me got thrown out for giving some spud a bit of banter back - didnt even get a warning or anything - funnily enough the yid bastard didnt get thrown out.

Ive never really had a problem with Spurs before but i now think their fans, club, the whole set up is shite - really hope we fuck them over next season at Eastlands

In upper tier there was a load of Spurs fans at the front, the stewards wouuld not do anthing, they all left early though.

It seemed the some one had been block buying tickets in the city end and re-selling, the stewards seemed to think it was normal though.

I've not been to Spurs for a while. Do they still send you on that 15 mile route march from Seven Sisters tube station to the ground where you run the gauntlet of abuse, bottles, fists and pint pots without protection from the police?

I was sat bottom tier row 16, you weren't in row 15 were you? Because by the sounds of your story i was one of the lads stood behind you and it was my dads mate who got chucked out after around 20minutes. I was trying to stop them from kicking him out but these power thirsty stewards were having none of it. They were kicking people out for a similar thing last year, pathetic!

its shit, they shud just let u stand, i went few years ago and they kept saying to sit, but u have to stand to be able to see when someone in front stands
