this game would never have gotten like this had the ref had the bottle to send Evans off for the 2nd yellow he deserved.

Is there no mention of the third being offside!? If you watch it again whoever takes the throw-in gets the ball given back to them from a scum player and is clearly stood right infront of the linesman in an offside position.
