Spurs 2018/19

The absolute disgrace of a human being that is Hugo Lloris gets a mere 20 month ban and £50k fine for drink driving.

  • Having been more than double the legal limit.
  • Having ran a red light.
  • Being unable to stand up.
  • Slurring his speech.
  • As well as vomit being found in his car.

On top of that Spurs are reportedly set to keep him as captain.

Cünts, the lot of them.

But he doesn't shop at Poundland so I feel the need to post it all here as I doubt the details will be covered too intensely by the media.
Terrible but to be fair, would any other club have done anything so differently in their shoes? I don't think so.

They have nothing in the middle of the pitch, just average lumps who offer zero creativity and intelligence. What dier is still doing at a “top club” I’ll never know he is pure shit. Lucas was their only threat, Kane was anonymous.

I don’t know a huge amount about sentencing for driving under the influence offences but I’m not aware of many drivers of any background, status or wealth who have received a custodial sentence for a first offence unless their offence has led to injury, death or extensive damage to property - none of which happened in this instance. Whether or not you think that people who are guilty should receive a custodial sentence is another matter but it seems to me that Lloris received the same punishment as any member of the public would save for a far bigger fine which takes into account his far higher salary.
Agreed.
Lloris did wrong but let's keep it in context.
He's received the standard punshment for first offence regarding loss of licence.
It's not the crime of the century and everyone deserves a second chance

unless when he ran the red light he hit a young mother pushing a pram, so firing a gun into a bar as long as you don't hit anyone is ok ?

Spurs could be getting into a lot of trouble if their form doesn't improve sharpish.

Yep they could do with the champs league money and if they carry on like this they could end up 5th or 6th. There new stadium is getting out of control they going to end up paying well over a billion for it and spurs in the field will be paying the price for decades got come.

Beautiful stadium though and will be one of the best in the world.

Yeah but beautiful stadiums are no substitute for beautiful football.

It's like when you buy a new car. The first 6 months, the car is brand new and you clean it all the time and worship it. Next 6 months you still take care of it but novelty starts to wear off. After a year it becomes a second-hand car.

No one will give a shitt about Spurs' new stadium if the club is virtually bankrupt, out of CL, unable to sign new players, forced to offload stars etc.

On field performance and financial stability has to always be the priority and I really think Spurs/Levy have lost the plot.
