We showed bollocks as usual and kept at it, The kids were fantastic and O'Reilly nearly got is to 2-2.

Hopefully Akanji and Savinho injuries aren't serious. Gvardiol was down too after the full time whistle ffs

I would have been fairly pleased with that if Savinho didn’t get injured. We’re a Haaland injury away from being fucked.

We put some really decent crosses into the area tonight, think Haaland would have scored 2 or 3 which bodes well if we can do the same when we play the league game.

As we used to sing years ago We got beat but we're still the champions.

Wasn't the best game to watch. The defence was all over at times and we didn't create enough clear cut chances. I would have liked to win the game but not that arsed we have gone out as a few less games to play.

Theoretically, 4 less games.

Some talent on that pitch and the academy did the club proud. I really rate Jacob Wright, whose constant availability for the ball is reminiscent of Rodri. O'Reilly grew into the game nicely, and Simpson-Pusey is the kind of front-foot defender who looks to progress the ball from defence quickly. Our injuries are serious but opportunity beckons for some serious talent.
